Reflective Statement
Wow, after listening to the journey to relaxation technique, I feel so totally relaxed and full of energy. I drove 480 miles to visit my family for easter and after all the good eating and enjoying family and friends, the drive back I felt so tired and my feet was hurting; but I knew I had to do my class work and I started listening to the tape and doing what was mention like taking off my shoes and putting on loose clothing and just relax my whole body and I thought I was going into a trans or I had to catch myself because I thought I was being hypnotised, and I had to laugh because all the pain I had from the drive was gone and now I am totally free from pain in my head and feet because the blood felt like it was flowing so smoothly through my body. So this technique really helped me and I will use it to relax from all of the stressors in my daily life

ReplyDeleteWow 480 miles is a really long drive. I admire you for actually going out of your way to visit your loved ones. The relaxation technique was nice for me too i like how the voice is soothing but it also guides you step by step on what to do to relax. I am glad that it took away the aches from the long road trip =) Now i know what to do when i get home from a hard days work of lifting bags and being on my feet for hours. Keep practicing relaxation techniques good luck to you for better health.
